Customer Experience refers to the products and services that an entity offers, which show that the entity is willing to do whatever is possible to meet the customer needs.

Today’s market is very competitive. Your potential customers can buy either similar or the same products from a variety of places - they can pick and choose where they go for information and where they finally make their purchase.

When it comes to making a purchase, it is often the service, attitude and the professionalism of the entity’s team members that make the biggest difference.

In this course we introduce the attendees on the concept of customer experience and customer service and its effect on organization
